Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Hours & Schedule:
Full time (Monday – Friday, standard clinic hours, no weekends) Work Environment:
Outpatient clinic Base Salary:

Job Summary: The NP/PA provides comprehensive outpatient care in their specialty area, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education. You will work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. The role emphasizes work-life balance with minimal to no call responsibilities. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments, provide diagnoses, and manage treatment plans in your specialty area (Primary Care, Pain Management, Neurology, Orthopedics, Women’s Health). Prescribe medications and order, interpret, and follow up on lab work, imaging, and other diagnostic tests. Educate patients on their conditions, medications, and preventive care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to coordinate care. Participate in patient care meetings and case reviews as required. Maintain licensure, certification, and practice within Arizona and federal regulations. Support clinic initiatives and quality improvement efforts as needed. Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: Active, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license NP/PA program completed in the United States Current CPR/BLS certification Collaborative approach to interdisciplinary care Experience in outpatient care preferred; specialty experience a plus How to Apply: If you meet these qualifications and are interested in joining one of our outpatient practices in Glendale, Phoenix, or Gilbert, please apply with your updated Resume/CV.
