Drive late-model Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, or Freightliner trucks Contract Type:

1099 Key Responsibilities: Safely transport and deliver freight across designated OTR routes in a timely manner. Securely handle loads with straps, chains, and tarps as required. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and operational. Maintain accurate logs and records in compliance with DOT and HOS regulations. Uphold professionalism in all interactions with dispatch, brokers, and customers. Compensation and Benefits: Join a team that values your time and rewards your hard work. Guaranteed Miles & Pay:

Enjoy 3,500-4,500 miles/week, with rates starting at 70+ CPM (Solo) and 80+ CPM (Team). All miles paid. Additional Bonuses:

$1,000 Referral Bonus, Clean Inspection Bonuses, $75 for Tarping, $200 for Extra Drops, $15/hr for Detention (after 3 hrs), $100 Layover (after 6 hrs). Modern Equipment:

Comfortably drive late-model trucks equipped for your needs. Consistent Home Time:

Spend 3-4 days at home after every 3 weeks on the road. Respectful Work Environment:

We value your input; no forced dispatch and pet/rider-friendly. Minimum Qualifications to Apply: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). A minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR experience. At least 6 months of recent flatbed experience is required. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major accidents or serious violations in the last 3 years. No current participants in SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) programs. Proficient in flatbed load securement (straps, chains, tarps). No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years. Ability to stay on the road for a minimum of 3 weeks at a time. A strong commitment to safety and maintaining professionalism.
