Position Summary
The Graduate Admission Recruiter plays a pivotal role in the recruitment and enrollment of prospective students into three flagship graduate programs: the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT), the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), and the Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences (MSPS). This full-time, administrative, exempt position is based on the Schaumburg campus, with occasional responsibilities at Roosevelt University's downtown Chicago campus.
This is a full-time, administrative, exempt position that reports to the Director of Enrollment and Student Services in Pharmacy based on the Schaumburg campus and also requires attendance at events on Roosevelt's downtown Chicago campus.
Significant local and some regional travel is required, along with evening and weekend hours as needed to fulfill recruiting commitments. A valid driver's license is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in building and maintaining professional relationships with prospective students, faculty, staff, and external partners. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively in one-onone, small group, and large audience settings. Demonstrated ability to engage respectfully and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Public speaking proficiency and comfort presenting program information to varied audiences. Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to service excellence and student-centered engagement. Familiarity with Roosevelt University's mission, values, and vision, and the ability to represent them authentically in all interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn and utilize CRM systems such as Slate and centralized application platforms like PharmCAS. Years of Experience Required Minimum of one year of experience in higher education, customer service, or a related field (internship or professional).

Experience working in a pharmacy or health sciences setting. Experience recruiting for graduate or doctoral-level health sciences programs. Familiarity with Ellucian Banner student information system. Experience using Slate CRM and PharmCAS application system. Equipment Operated
Basic office equipment (laptop computer, copier/multi-function device, fax and telephone).
Working Conditions
Standard office environment with regular use of laptop, phone, copier, and other office equipment. Job is primarily sedentary but requires frequent movement within office and campus buildings. Occasional lifting, bending, and physical activity (typically under 10 lbs). Recruitment & Outreach:
Represent the MSOT, PharmD, MSPS and other programs as assigned at graduate fairs, professional conferences, campus events, and interview days. Conduct targeted outreach to prospective students, advisors, and feeder institutions. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote program visibility and enrollment growth. Prospective Student Engagement:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings. Provide personalized guidance to prospective students, highlighting program strengths, faculty expertise, clinical and research opportunities, and alignment with Roosevelt's mission and values. Application Support & Evaluation:
Guide applicants through the admissions process, including prerequisites, deadlines, and documentation Percentage Of Time 70
Duty and Responsibility
Program Expertise:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of each program's curriculum, accreditation standards, clinical rotations, research initiatives, and career outcomes. Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for the College, articulating the unique value proposition of each graduate program. Travel & Events:
Participate in local and regional travel to recruitment events, including evening and weekend commitments as needed.
