Please refer to LPNT checklist for most up to date requirements. • 2 hospital system with campuses in Athens and Etowah, is proud to offer a full range of services to meet the healthcare needs of our community members. • The Athens campus provides emergency, inpatient and outpatient services through its acute care facility. • Etowah campus provides emergency and outpatient services and is home to an 88-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility, inpatient geriatric behavioral health program and Advanced Wound Care Center. LPNT - Tennessee Abuse Registry All Clinical Staff on assignment in the State of Tennessee must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment start date. • Results required prior to start Lifepoint Job ID . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
