About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Security Manager to support the daily operations of our security department. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety of our property assets, employees, and valued guests. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily security functions and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain logs, certifications, and documentation as mandated by law and Standard Operating Procedures. Train staff on established emergency procedures while implementing effective accident and fire prevention strategies. Focus on guest and employee satisfaction while adhering to the operating budget. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in security/loss prevention, or 2-year degree in Criminal Justice or a related field with 1 year of experience in security/loss prevention. Core Activities: Assist the Director of Engineering in fire prevention programs and emergency preparedness initiatives.
