Bemana is seeking a Field Service Technician with either an
HVAC or Diesel Engine
background to join the team of a nationwide equipment rental company. In this role, you’ll perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of rental equipment, including HVAC systems (air conditioners, heaters, chillers, dehumidifiers) as well as power generation equipment. We’re looking for a hands-on technician with strong troubleshooting skills who is comfortable working independently in the field and ensuring customers’ equipment runs reliably and safely. Position Offers: Up to $45/hr depending on experience + overtime opportunities.
If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions Excellent, comprehensive benefits + PTO Work vehicle, cell phone and tablet/laptop provided Company-sponsored training and certifications Job Duties: Maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools Responsible for service documentation Occasional travel to customer sites Demonstrate equipment for customers Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts Other duties assigned as needed Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience with repairing and maintaining HVAC or Diesel Engine equipment Intermediate diagnostic and repair skills for mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, pneumatic and other systems Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams Own the tools applicable to position Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
