Role: Senior Advanced Composites Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Advanced Composites Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and manufacturing of lightweight, high-performance structural and aerodynamic components. You will own the entire lifecycle of composite parts, from initial concept and plybook development to tooling design and final production. This is a senior, hands-on role for an expert dedicated to pushing the boundaries of material science to gain a competitive edge.
Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in composite design and manufacturing, specifically within the motorsport or high-performance automotive industry. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Materials Science Engineering; Master's degree is highly preferred. • Expert-level proficiency with 3D CAD (e.g., CATIA, NX) and composite design/analysis tools. • Deep, hands-on knowledge of composite manufacturing processes (pre-preg, autoclave), tooling, and quality inspection. • Proven experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of composite structures.
