We need a Palletizer Operator responsible for forming each layer of finished good pallets in accordance to the pallet patterns specified in the Packaging Slip at a pace in which the production line does not back up What You Will Do:

You will maintain workstation cleanliness - includes but is not limited to work table, conveyors, floor You will complete Weekly Safety One Point Lessons You will uphold a high standard of quality through inspection of raw materials and finished goods You will perform Quality Checks in accordance to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) You will inspect bottle codes, case codes and WMS pallet tags You will work at a rapid pace to prevent product back-up at the palletizing area; some 6 pack formats can range from 20-30 cases per minute in output You will exhibit strong teamwork skills; palletizing can range up to 2 palletizers per area for some container formats You will navigate the WMS system to generate pallet tags You will escalate pallet tag information discrepancies to lead and/or supervisor You will operate in a flexible manner to support the overall success of the Operation What You Need:

Minimum of a High School Education Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 pounds in a repetitive nature 1+ years' experience in manufacturing environment preferred Experience with machine or tooling change-overs Comprehension of Preventative Maintenance Experience in performing basic lubrication, greasing and parts inspection Excellent oral and written communication skills; professionalism, problem solving, attention to detail Participation in employee training as it relates to GMP's, Health and Safety, periodic technical training as it relates to internal development, active participation of Line Improvement and Optimization activities ensuring high performance of Production Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMP and other quality programs Ability to work in varying climates Willing to work flexible hours and frequent overtime including potential weekends Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to work in an environment exposed to milk, egg, mustard, peanuts, fish, sulfites, sesame, soy, tree nuts, and wheat allergens
