Job Description:
We are in search of a professional Clinical Nurse Coordinator to assume responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions in the unit on his or her designated shifts. In collaboration with other members of the management team, this individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit or department.
Responsibilities: Works with Administrators on developing optimal staffing and patient schedules. Implements and ensures compliance with all organization standards, guidelines, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Works with the Facility Administrator to maintain chronological, thorough, and appropriate documentation in the patient record. Assists the Facility Administrator with necessary Corrective Action Plan development, implementation and follow up as required. Serves as a resource/subject matter expert for patient needs and issues, staff education and in-service sessions as necessary, working closely with the Educators. Job Benefits:

Education
Associates Degree in Nursing (Nursing Diploma or by endorsement) required BSN, preferred Licensure
RN License to practice in state of employment as applicable, required Nursing Specialty Certification, preferred Experience
Minimum of 1 year of direct clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. 2-3 years of L&D or Postpartum RN experience preferred Physical Requirements
Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
SCHEDULE: 7 P - 7:30 A. 3 x 12 hour shifts. 6 weekend shifts in 6 weeks. 2 major and 2 minor holidays, rotating
