Machine Learning/Deep Learning Engineer
to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge neural network and GenAI solutions. This role is fully remote and focuses on building intelligent systems using advanced deep learning techniques, scalable cloud infrastructure, and robust APIs. Machine Learning/Deep Learning Engineer Details Contract Length : 6 months (with potential for extension) Location : Remote (must reside near satellite cities: Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Baltimore, or Delaware) Work Setup : Remote Machine Learning/Deep Learning Engineer Responsibilities
Design and develop neural networks using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and transformer-based models Fine-tune pre-trained models across text, image, and audio modalities Optimize model inference on NVIDIA GPU hardware (A100, H100) Build LLMOps pipelines for chat applications with Python frameworks Collaborate with product teams to deploy models into production Develop RESTful and gRPC APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks Manage Azure Container Apps, Docker images, and CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions Monitor and support AI service deployments on Azure Web Apps Machine Learning/Deep Learning Engineer Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (preferred) Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Python and deep learning development Proficient with Hugging Face, transformers, and custom model training Experience deploying models on GPU infrastructure Strong grasp of microservices, API design, and cloud-native engineering on Azure Excellent communication skills and ability to lead work independently Preferred Qualifications
Background in generative AI or multi-modal models Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices Prior experience in the utility industry is a plus Contributions to open-source or peer-reviewed AI publications We look forward to reviewing your application!
