Selectek is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with strong technical expertise and project management experience to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in designing and delivering a wide range of civil engineering projects—from small-scale developments to large commercial and residential sites.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring safety, sustainability, and timely delivery Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through construction Build and maintain client relationships to support business development and long-term retention Assess risk, materials, budgets, and schedules throughout project lifecycles Monitor progress and generate status reports for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in South Carolina or North Carolina 8–10+ years of experience in commercial and residential land development Proficiency in Civil 3D and strong knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling Expertise in site layout, stormwater management, grading, utility design, erosion control, and permitting Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ICPR and/or StormWise modeling software
