Manager Of Master Data will provide leadership, mentoring, and training to a team of Master Data Analysts, along with supporting their development of business and technical skills. Manager Of Master Data will also provide strategic leadership to develop, deploy and maintain data governance strategies and processes. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Finance/Accounting, IT and Field Management to identify, define and drive data governance needs, create, and enforce policies and processes, and establish disciplines across the company to ensure consistency, quality, and reliability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a team of Data Analysts providing leadership and guidance as well as setting clear goals and expectations. Train team members on SAP, MDM tools, and other data-based activities. Oversee data governance process, including participation with cross-functional data councils. Identify data issues and coordinate solutions. Drive new and any needed changes to current data processes; partnering with functional and IT leads to identify optimal solutions and communicate those data processes. Ensure data integrity and quality and owns the data quality function. Contributing participant in the development of new Master Data tools and reporting. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others, fostering leadership growth and promoting professional development. Ability to collaborate across departments, including Merchandising, Dining, IT, Field operations, and Finance/Accounting. Aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, accuracy, and completeness. Strong SAP knowledge and capacity to learn additional SAP functions quickly. Broad problem-solving skills including ability to tackle complex technical issues. Excellent Excel and communication capabilities. Ability to consolidate large amounts of data from multiple sources, perform business analysis, draw conclusions, and present results in comprehensive format. 5+ years corporate merchandising buying or planning experience.
