Operations Assistant
Duration : 6-month contract to hire
Pay : $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Location : Charlotte, NC
Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support for office operations and staff needs. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to prepare documents, reports, and presentations. Assist with time sheet collection, review, and data entry. Support payroll and billing processes as needed, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Coordinate employee benefits setup and respond to benefits-related inquiries. Maintain organized records and documentation. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
