Professional Front Desk Receptionist
for a prestigious firm located on Palm Beach Island. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing 5-star service and creating a welcoming, memorable experience for every client, visitor, and third party who enters or calls the office.
This is a fast-paced and challenging environment that requires a high degree of professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities: Client & Visitor Experience:
Act as the face of the firm by answering a multi-line phone system and greeting all clients, agents, and visitors with a high degree of warmth and professionalism.
Administrative & Clerical Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to partners and staff, including taking messages, managing correspondence (mail and faxes), and maintaining organized client files and records.
Operational Support:
Assist with general office duties such as ordering supplies, preparing agendas for meetings, and managing records.
Multitasking & Prioritization:
Thrive in a deadline-driven environment by effectively managing multiple competing priorities and anticipating the needs of the firm. Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role is required.
Communication:
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong grammar and proofreading abilities.
Technical Proficiency:
Be highly proficient in the MS Office Suite, particularly
Excel ,
Word , and
Outlook .
Professionalism:
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity, with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
Problem-Solving:
Be a self-starter who can work independently to solve problems and manage a demanding workload with a high degree of detail orientation.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $45,000.00 - $48,000.00
