Job Title:
Event Warehouse Associate and Installation support
Reports To:
Warehouse Manager
Job Overview:
Responsible for executing daily warehouse needs & supporting installations
Responsibilities and Duties
Daily Operations
Meet with the Warehouse Manager to discuss daily tasks and priorities.
Regularly check exhibit management software to review current task load and assignments.
Communicate progress, challenges, and needs to the Warehouse Manager throughout the day.
Assist with general warehouse tasks during downtime between projects: cleaning, inventory, disposal etc.
Exhibit & Event Support
Set up new and existing trade show exhibits and other event installations.
Dismantle properties post show/event.
Install televisions, lighting, and other components of properties.
Assemble furniture and display elements as required for sets.
Asset & Inventory Management
Create and update exhibit inventories within exhibit management software.
Prepare Pull and Inspection Reports for upcoming events.
Pull and prepare Proctor rental properties and client assets for events.
Prepare and pack exhibits and assets for shipment.
Assist clients with reviewing and managing stored assets.
Warehouse & Logistics
Check in received packages and notify the appropriate Project Manager.
Assist with vendor material pick-up and deliveries as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
Track hours and inventory used per job/project.
Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance
Maintain Proctor vehicles: manage license plates, schedule oil changes, report damages, and coordinate repairs.
Obtain service quotes and communicate maintenance needs to management.
Client Services & Field Support
Support I&D (Installation & Dismantle) needs for client show services.
Travel to supervise or assist teams on the show floor.
Provide support for deliveries and permanent install projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Warehouse & Event Experience:
Previous warehouse experience
Prior experience in event or trade show setup and labor highly desirable
Equipment Operation:
Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
Driving & Transportation:
Clean driving record required; no criminal history
Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, including large box trucks
Valid driver’s license with a history of safe and responsible driving
Work Ethic & Schedule Flexibility:
Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
Willingness to work late hours or weekends as needed
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Basic computer proficiency (including Excel, Acrobat, and Email)
