The Pacific Symphony has an immediate need for a customer service intern to assist our box office staff in day-to-day operations. Examples include: to provide excellent customer service via in-person, phone, and email communication and support the Box Office team with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing. You will gain hands-on experience in a professional, customer-facing environment and exposure to event and ticketing operations.
