Concrete Boom Pump Operator
We have been servicing the Central Florida area since 2003, we continue to strive to be the shell contractor of home builders around the state & country all while being the same family owned & operated company, we have been the last 20 years!
We are looking for a Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our team. The primary role of this position is to operate the boom pump, ensuring efficient and safe pumping of concrete at various job sites. While prior experience with boom pumps is , it is not required, as we offer comprehensive training for those eager to learn this specialized trade!
Responsibilities
Operate a concrete boom pump with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Coordinate with site supervisors and crew members to determine concrete delivery requirements.
Comply with all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Perform pre and post operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Work with construction personnel to ensure proper concrete placement and adjust controls to regulate the flow of concrete as needed.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on pumping equipment.
Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

We offer 401K retirement plans to all eligible employees after a 120-day holding period, as an employer, we do up to a 3% match to any contribution you may make!

Holidays are compensated year-round.

Requirements:
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience with a CDL Class B license.
Proven experience in concrete pumping or operating related heavy commercial vehicles.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
