About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President to join our Software coverage team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing strong client relationships with U.S.-based corporations in the software and fintech sectors. We seek a seasoned professional with a robust background in commercial banking, focused on technology clients, and a demonstrated history of successful business development and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Originate and manage client relationships in the software industry.
Lead credit discussions and identify opportunities for cross-selling our extensive range of products and services.
Deliver tailored, client-centric solutions to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adhere strictly to company policies.
Engage in client-level planning, budgeting, and revenue management.
Embrace technological advancements to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in commercial banking.
Active FINRA Licenses (79, 63, and SIE) or the ability to obtain them is essential.
In-depth knowledge of banking and investment products with advanced credit skills.
Proven ability to structure complex deals and make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; a true team player.
