Job Description : State-of-the-art facility with a 70-bed, Level-III NICU NNPs do 12 hour shifts, there is an option for 24 hours based on experience level NNPs work 156 hours a month (1872 a year) The health system has two facilities and 7000 deliveries per year Primary responsibilities include providing attending coverage at our Level-III NICU ll subspecialty services available (except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO) and high-risk delivery service coverage In-house call and 24-hour NNP coverage Level-I coverage includes well baby care and back-up coverage from home Team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs We value a team-approach toward care, in a developmentally sensitive and family-centered unit Our core values support a culture of life-long learning and professional growth Robust quality improvement program and opportunities for clinical research, if desired Candidates must be NNP Board Certified (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications) 2+ years' experience as NNP required Certification Requirements
