Addison Group is partnering with our client, a rapidly growing leader in the food distribution industry, to hire a Bilingual Manufacturing Operations Recruiter. This role supports nationwide hiring needs for high-volume warehouse operations roles. Job Description
The Manufacturing Operations Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle for warehouse positions across multiple distribution centers. This role requires creativity, adaptability, and strong relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to handle high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for warehouse positions (Selector/Packer roles) across U.S. distribution centers. Source candidates using a wide range of strategies, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, job fairs, community outreach, and networking. Conduct phone screens and interviews, ensuring candidates align with hiring needs and company standards. Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers and HR leaders to drive hiring processes forward. Maintain an active candidate pipeline to meet weekly hiring targets, adjusting strategies for peak hiring seasons. Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and employment regulations. Assist with onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; recent graduates with internship or corporate HR/recruiting exposure are encouraged to apply. Bilingual Spanish (conversational fluency required). Willingness to travel 12 times per year to meet with hiring managers onsite. Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage a high requisition load. Energetic, resourceful, and proactive personality with a consultative approach. Previous high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
