A driven Powder Coat Painter/Paint Booth/Wash Prep I to facilitate the production of company products and custom orders. What You'll Do
Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor/team lead, you will prep and paint daily orders. What We Need From You
Coat surfaces utilizing powder paint Requires assistance to adjust colors when necessary Ability to follow demonstrated or written work instructions Utilize enhanced finishing skills when appropriate Ability to operate, clean and maintain all painting equipment, including sprayers and electrostatic powder coat Ability to wash and degrease parts using pressure sprayer Monitor and maintain product quality Ability to follow spray patterns Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additional duties as needed. Education/Experience And Must Haves
0 1 years of experience Knowledge of metalworking industry, equipment, and processes. Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of time. Must be capable of working in inclement conditions to include extreme hot and cold temperatures. Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Performance Measures
