Associate General Dentist
to join its team. This opportunity arises from the planned slowdown/retirement of a senior partner, as well as the recent departure of another doctor. Consequently, the incoming dentist will step directly into a
strong patient demand

high-volume schedule

Hands-on support for implants, Invisalign, and advanced CEREC cases, with a clear

Comprehensive general dentistry for adults and children, including restorative, crowns/bridges, RPDs, endodontics, and simple extractions. Training available to expand into implants, Invisalign, and advanced procedures. Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:
7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch) Friday:
7:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m. (30-minute lunch) Closed:
Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday Patient Flow & Team Support
Doctor volume:
9 12 patients/day Hygiene volume:
36 patients/day across hygiene chairs New patients:
per month Ops:
1 2 doctor operatories + 2 hygiene chairs per dentist Support:
1 2 chairside assistants + 1 2 hygienists, plus 3 front desk staff, 3 mid-level managers, 2 sterilization assistants, and additional administrative support Compensation
The practice offers a
transparent compensation structure , allowing candidates to choose between
base + tiered bonuses
or a straight percentage of collections: Base + Bonus Examples: $120K base with bonus potential at 30% 40% of collections $150K base with bonus potential at 27% 37% of collections $180K base with bonus potential at 24% 34% of collections Alternative Plan:
$180K $200K base or
35% of adjusted net collections Earning Potential:
$170K $300K+
