Minimum 7+ years of Appian BPM experience Current L2 Appian certified Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit. Experience of working on Agile projects. Knowledge of Designing Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view. Knowledge of Appian Smart Services. Knowledge of Tempo Interface. Proven track of working closely with key business users Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering. Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environment Experience and understanding of business process flows Expert in analysing and documenting business processes Expert in writing business requirements Expert in writing functional requirements Be able to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating models Ability to run workshops with key stakeholders Translates ideas into concrete work activities Current L2 Appian certified

Roles & Responsibilities 2. Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc. 3. Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc. 4. Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, JS, XML, XSLT etc.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any Good-to-Have 1. Appian Certifications if any. 2. Should have handled teams of size 5-7 and should be able to mentor the team. 3. Excellent analytical and communication skills. 4. Should have good knowledge of Appian Administration and servers such as JBOSS\WebSphere\WebLogic etc. Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role • Appian Development, Creation of Process Maps and configuration, Appian servers • Provide solutions to customer, Define architecture and design level concepts, standards. Mentor teams, Juniors and provide proper guidance
