Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across the United States. This position is accountable for sourcing qualified candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interview logistics, and partnering with hiring managers to support effective and timely hiring decisions. The Recruiter ensures a consistent and compliant recruiting process aligned with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.

Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities): The primary duties consist of, but are not limited to, the following. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake and job posting to offer acceptance and pre-employment checks. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to gather role requirements and define sourcing strategies. Create and post job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and relevant external job boards. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, employee referrals, and other channels. Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Maintain accurate sourcing and candidate activity records within the ATS. Partner with external recruiting agencies when open position workload requires additional support. Review applications and conduct screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate next steps in the interview process. Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR partners regarding the candidate pipeline and progress. Coordinate interview logistics with candidates, hiring teams, and interview panels. Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support interview teams with preparation materials and feedback collection. Prepare and extend verbal and written offers in collaboration with HR and hiring managers. Facilitate background checks, employment verification, and pre-employment documentation. Transition new hires to HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth handoff and integration. Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and company policies, including EEOC and OFCCP guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS and support audit readiness. Provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and candidate experience feedback. Participate in regional and global HR projects and initiatives as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an industrial environment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and full-cycle recruitment practices in the U.S. labor market. Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar). Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with recruitment reporting tools. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially. Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, manage conflicting priorities; ability to positively influence management, and the capability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Process and detail oriented, including strong organizational and prioritization skills. Project management experience preferred. Collaborative team player with proven ability to drive change in an effective and participative manner. Involvement in streamlining processes and awareness of continuous improvement techniques. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Tactful, diplomatic, confidential, highest levels of integrity. Physical & Mental Demands: The following physical and mental demands consist of, but are not limited to, the following.

Must be able to work in a sitting/standing position for extended periods of time in an office/industrial environment. Manual dexterity to perform data entry functions. Ability to bend, pull, stoop, and reach to perform functions. Ability to lift 25 lbs. Must have the cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions. Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc. Ability to hear in person and via phone.
