Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Warehouse and Co-manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team in the ready-to-drink beverage sector. This critical role is vital in ensuring that our warehouse and co-manufacturing operations maintain the highest quality and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, fostering a culture of quality, engagement, and continuous improvement across all warehouse processes.

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Compliance Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal quality standards for warehouse operations. Conduct regular inspections and audits of warehouse processes, materials, and inventory to ensure adherence to quality specifications. Manage and respond to quality-related inquiries and customer complaints related to warehouse operations, ensuring timely resolution and feedback. Risk Management & Food Safety

Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential safety hazards in warehouse and co-manufacturing operations. Regularly assess food safety risks and ensure compliance with food safety regulations across all processes. Training & Development

Design and conduct training programs for warehouse staff on quality control procedures and food safety practices. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust them as necessary to meet quality objectives. Performance Management

Monitor performance metrics related to quality and safety, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with teams to establish corrective actions based on performance assessments. Process Improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current processes and implementing best practices to enhance quality and efficiency. Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to optimize warehouse operations. Traveling to Co-manufacturers

Conduct site visits and audits at co-manufacturers to assess quality and compliance with Trilliant's standards. Collaborate with co-manufacturing partners to implement quality improvement initiatives and share best practices. Auditing In-bound and Out-bound Loads

Audit and review in-bound and out-bound loads to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Collaborate with logistics to streamline processes and maintain quality throughout the supply chain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in food science, Quality Assurance, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

• At least 5 years of hands-on quality assurance experience in the food or beverage manufacturing industry is required.

• Strong understanding of food packaging principles, industry quality standards, food safety regulations, and statistical process control.

• Experience with quality lab processes, certification program development (GMP, SQF, HACCP, FDA), and sanitation systems.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and an exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Collaborative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related production management systems.

• Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining a positive team dynamic.

• Willingness to engage hands-on on the production floor, providing support across different shifts as needed.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting audits and inspections and managing quality-related projects.

Hours, Location and Pay:

• We offer a competitive-based pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. We have multiple positions available. Hours are Sunday-Thursday 9:45pm-6:15am (3rd shift), Monday-Friday 5:45am-2:15pm (1st shift) or Monday-Friday 1:45pm-10:15pm (2nd shift) at our Janesville, WI Distribution Center.

• Travel required up to 50% to co-manufacturer locations.

Physical and Mental Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
