Role Overview
Are you a Licensed Mental Health Counselor looking to make a real difference in a fast-paced, growing Trust & Safety industry? Zevo Health is a global leader committed to supporting the mental well-being of content moderators and Trust & Safety professionals. As we expand, we're seeking passionate and qualified affiliates to join our team.
In this role, you'll provide one-to-one digital therapy through video consultations. You'll use evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and SFBT to support clients in managing the unique psychological challenges they face in their work environments. You'll be an integral part of helping professionals in the online content industry build resilience and cope with stress.
Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one remote counseling sessions to address a variety of psychological and emotional issues. Implement short-term, solution-focused interventions like CBT, ACT, and SFBT Assess and manage clinical risks, ensuring the well-being of clients. Maintain timely, clear and accurate case notes and track session data. Maintain clear and timely communication with the clinical team. Stay informed about the latest developments in Trust & Safety to ensure best practices. Experience & Qualifications Required
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience. Hold a current, active PsyD, LPC, LMFT, LCSW license in the state of employment. Additional training in short-term, solution-focused therapy is a plus. Certification in suicide risk assessment (e.g., SafeTALK, ASIST) preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong data management and administrative skills. Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Disclaimer
