Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the manufacturing environment and possess the technical expertise to lead brownfield projects, conduct process analysis, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong project management skills, a solid understanding of industrial engineering principles, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities: o Project Management: Lead and manage manufacturing projects, brownfield projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and adherence to quality standards. o Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. o Hands-On Manufacturing Support: Provide direct support on the manufacturing floor, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with operators, and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. o Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, and quality control teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and product designs into the production environment. o Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma and Kaizen) to drive operational excellence and reduce waste. o Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including process maps, project plans, and performance reports. Provide regular updates to management on project status and milestones.

Preferred Qualifications: o At least 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in an industrial engineering environment. o Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills & Expertise: o Strong experience with brownfield projects and process optimization in a manufacturing setting. o In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation. o Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time-management skills. o Expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD/Autodesk for designing and analyzing production systems and layouts. o Familiarity of ERP systems like SAP for managing production and inventory processes. o Familiarity with PLC and robotics for automating production processes and troubleshooting systems. o Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma and Kaizen.
