Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our dealership team. This role is essential in providing a positive experience for our service customers by ensuring safe and timely transportation, maintaining a clean and welcoming shuttle environment, and supporting various dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities Shuttle Operations: Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Monitor shuttle schedule and coordinate with service advisors to ensure efficient routing. Vehicle & Shuttle Maintenance:
Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, organized, and presentable inside and out. Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel level, tire pressure, cleanliness) and report any maintenance needs. Restock snacks and beverages in the customer service lounge to enhance customer experience. Customer Service & Support:
Assist customers with entering and exiting the shuttle as needed. Provide general information about dealership services when asked. Communicate effectively with service advisors and other staff to ensure smooth operations. Dealership Operations Support:
Assist service advisors with customer flow and coordination. Move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in the service drive as needed. Perform various tasks around the dealership, including light cleaning, organizing, and helping with customer service initiatives. Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to lift light items (snack boxes, small supplies) and perform physical tasks such as walking and standing for extended periods. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in customer service or driving roles. Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus. Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with weekends off. Requirements
Valid Driver's License:

Able to sit, stand, walk, and lift light items (up to 25 lbs) throughout the shift. Time Management:
