no guaranteed hours . You’ll join our technician network and receive job opportunities based on your

to meet growing demand for in-person support — including computers, networks, printers, and more. About the Role
We’re hiring
field IT technicians
who can confidently support a wide range of tech needs for residential and small business customers. This includes
troubleshooting PCs and Macs , resolving
network issues , and
repairing or configuring printers/scanners
— including issues like
Canon MF printer network setup
or
G-series ink absorber error codes
(e.g., 1700). You’ll be dispatched to customer sites, work independently, and complete service calls efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on Windows and macOS systems Resolve boot errors, OS issues, and login problems Set up or troubleshoot Wi-Fi and wired internet connections Replace or upgrade hardware (HDD, RAM, cooling fans, etc.) Configure or connect printers and scanners (Canon, HP, Brother, etc.) Address common printer error codes (e.g., ink absorber, paper feed, connectivity) Perform general maintenance on multifunction printers (MFPs) Reinstall operating systems using bootable USBs or recovery media Install remote tools or shortcuts as requested Communicate clearly with customers and provide basic post-service support Document service visits and escalate complex issues as needed Requirements 2+ years of field IT support experience , including computer and printer work Familiarity with
Canon ,
HP , and other common printer brands Knowledge of error code troubleshooting (e.g., Canon code 1700, boot issues, driver conflicts) Experience with both
Windows (10/11)
and
macOS
troubleshooting Must have personal tools (bootable USB, screwdriver set, etc.) Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Smartphone with camera and data for documentation and communication Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor Benefits Compensation
