Sales BDC Representative
to be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact for our valued customers. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet and exceed performance goals related to lead conversion and appointment setting.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role preferred.
Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
