Our client is currently seeking a qualified
Field Service Technician
to join their team
onsite
in Denver, CO and provide end-user support. This tech will perform hardware repair, break/fix, and maintenance for enterprise printing equipment, with additional support for PCs and network connectivity. The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver's license, clean MVR, and reliable vehicle.
Duties and Responsibilities
:
Install, maintain, and service printers and copiers Troubleshoot printer hardware/software and network connectivity issues Provide basic PC and workstation support as needed Complete service calls within SLA and document work performed Provide basic customer training and ensure high client satisfaction Skills and Qualifications
:
Minimum 3+ years of printer/copier repair experience preferred (training provided) Hands-on expertise with client devices (certifications a plus) Basic PC and network troubleshooting skills Strong hardware troubleshooting and break/fix skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Wage Range : The rate for this position is between
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
