**Attendance Policy** Travelers are allowed one call out per contract, if there is a 2nd there will need proper documentation and will be considered on a case by case basis Located in Lake Havasu City Joint Commission Accredited 171 beds Community hospital and regional referral center Certified Chest Pain Center Level Trauma 3 Check out the Local attraction in and around Havasu, AZ Outdoor recreation central - enjoy local fishing, golfing, swimming, and hiking
Food and more - check out local restaurants, breweries, and distilleries in the area Beautiful mountain ranges paired with serene lake scenery Close to major cities such as: Las Vegas- 2.5 hours drive Phoenix- 3.25 hours drive Grand Canyon National Park- 3.5 hours Los Angeles or San Diego, CA- 5 hours Lifepoint Job ID #6-953681.
