Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Puller to join their team in Siloam Springs, AR. As a Warehouse Order Puller, you will play a crucial role in the order fulfillment process by accurately pulling and packing replenishment and seasonal orders according to customer requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated team, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and correctly.
Key Responsibilities Pull and pack customer orders utilizing approved order pulling procedures. Meet established efficiency and accuracy standards, ensuring orders are packed without errors. Perform additional duties as required or assigned by the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Qualifications
General educational background and/or 7 to 11 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers. Ability to draft routine reports and correspondence. Capable of following detailed written or oral instructions and dealing with problems involving known variables in routine situations. Ability to work under immediate supervision and perform general assignments with periodic performance checks. Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Occasional use of desktop/laptop computers and production machines. Periodic exposure to noise, intermittent standing, walking, pushing, carrying, or lifting; occasional lifting of 25 to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Frequent walking, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, or hearing. Work near moving mechanical parts with moderate noise levels.
