Position Title: Oral Surgeon
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Full-Time, 4 days per week Opportunity Highlights:†First shift, full-time (40 hours per week); 4 days per week†Established practice with 4 surgeons, 2 offices, and strong referral base†Full-scope OMS with focus on dentoalveolar and implant surgery†Modern facilities: 2 CBCT scanners, EMR, intraoral scanner, guided implant softwareQualifications:†Board Certified/Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery†Medical degree with 2+ years of relevant experience†Current Michigan medical license, DEA, and DPS registration†Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach†Effective communication and teamwork abilitiesCompensation & Benefits:oStarting salary: $340,000o$20,000 signing bonusoHealth insurance, profit-sharing plan, bonus opportunities, car allowanceoIntegrated buy-in over 5 yearsCommunity Details:†University town with an established medical school†Excellent public and private schools†1 hour to Lake Michigan, 2.5 hours to Chicago†Family-friendly environment with cultural and outdoor activitiesKey Responsibilities:†Provide comprehensive oral & maxillofacial care†Perform dentoalveolar, implant, and related surgical procedures†Prescribe treatment, order studies, and document care†Educate patients on prevention and wellness†Collaborate with colleagues, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes
