Hillcrest Rehab Services is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join the Innovate Rehab & Wellness team at Hillcrest Health and Rehab in Bellevue!
A Physical Therapist Assistant enhances the lives of individuals by following a plan of PT treatment established by a physical therapist using evidence-based techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability.

Collaborates with supervising physical therapist to effectively plan transition of patients between service lines. Completes patient treatments efficiently in accordance with plan of care progressing patient as appropriate to achieve established goals. Completes accurate charging of services and provides documentation to support the charges and provision of the therapy services. Manages each patient's plan of care effectively by timely interdisciplinary collaboration and communication with physician involvement as needed. Collaborates with and delegates appropriate tasks to techs and other support personnel per federal and state regulations. What should I have to be considered?
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy assistant program required. At least two years of experience performing as a physical therapy assistant in a long term care, post-acute, hospital, home care or similar setting preferred. Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state as a physical therapist assistant. BLS certification by the AHA required.
