Insight Global is seeking a new Project Safety Manager to lead our client's Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) efforts onsite. As the Project Safety Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our onsite safety operations. You'll lead a team of three direct reports and be responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive EHS programs across the project site.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific environmental health and safety programs • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and emergency preparedness protocols • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations • Provide technical guidance and training to staff and subcontractors • Collaborate with project leadership to integrate safety into daily operations • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory and internal purposes

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field • 7+ years of relevant experience with a degree (10+ years without) • Strong technical communication skills - both written and verbal Deep understanding of OSHA standards and emergency planning procedures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice-to-Haves: • Advanced certifications (e.g., CSP, CHST, CIH) • Experience in construction or industrial project environments Familiarity with environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
