About the Role
We're looking for a
product-minded full-stack engineer
to join an early-stage team working at the intersection of
AI, audio, and data infrastructure . This is a unique opportunity to come in as one of the first 10 hires and help shape both the product and engineering culture from the ground up.
You'll work closely with researchers, designers, and operations to build end-to-end features, scalable pipelines, and intuitive interfaces that support new ways of working with audio and language data. The role calls for someone who enjoys rapid prototyping but can also scale solutions for production use. What You'll Do Design, build, and ship
full-stack features
that have a direct impact on customers. Develop
data processing pipelines
to handle high-volume audio and language data. Deploy and evaluate
ML/LLM-powered solutions
to extract insights and improve user workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally to quickly test new product ideas and translate research into user-facing tools. Stay up to date on modern frameworks, languages, and approaches to keep our stack future-ready. What We're Looking For 2-8 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in a
startup or high-growth environment . Solid full-stack background - comfortable moving between backend systems, APIs, and polished frontends. Proven ability to deliver customer-facing features from concept through to production. Familiarity with building scalable systems (data pipelines, event-driven architectures, or distributed systems). Strong programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and one or more backend languages (Node.js, Python, Go, etc.). Curiosity about
AI/ML
and excitement to apply it in real products - prior audio, signal processing, or LLM experience is a plus, but not required. Bonus Points Experience deploying ML models in production. Background in
audio technology
- music, voice interfaces, or digital signal processing. Prior tech-lead or mentorship experience in a startup environment. Tech Stack We Use Frontend:
