Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
• Bachelor of Science (BS) in electrical engineering with 3+ years of experience in related engineering discipline • Familiar with the use of test equipment to verify harness design and assembly. • Knowledge of harness design, fabrication, and installation standards such as IPC/WHMA-A-620, NASA-STD-8739.4, and MSFC-SPEC-494. • Experience with selection of connectors, backshells, wires, and other harness components. • Understanding of electrical grounding requirements and how to implement proper system level grounding via wire harness design.
• Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing. • Ability to work well in a team, be proactive, and execute with minimal guidance. • Detail-orientated and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks. • Develops and maintains electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs (e.g., cable routing and • geometry, WHIDs, IRMs). • Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, • and shop revision requests). • Documents processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical • commodities. • Develops basic statements of work. • Analyzes functional and physical input to ensure development of complete integrated design. Qualification: • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
