Department/Position Description:
The Workforce Planning and Insights team supports operationalizing and executing a strategic workforce planning methodology and process to improve and standardize the process of skills planning across the Ahold Delhaize USA support organization. The team uses HR data and metrics when developing insights, forecasting, and providing recommendations optimizing workforce allocation, skill utilization, organizational structure, and inform decisions about our talent and people strategies.
The Workforce Planning and Insights intern will work on projects identifying improvement areas and bottlenecks, use scenario planning, and make recommendations. This intern will work on cross-functional projects and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Working towards a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and formulate effective strategies and tactics Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00
