Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our Talent Management team. This role will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for engineering positions, from initial requisition intake to candidate onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing, engaging, and hiring top engineering talent across multiple disciplines, while building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand technical hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals. Develop recruitment strategies tailored to each engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, structural, or design engineering). Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and industry events. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering talent for current and future openings. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, candidate outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations Conduct behavioral and technical screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process Provide timely updates and communication to both candidates and hiring managers. Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, market insights, and salary benchmarking. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure all recruitment activities comply with EEO, OFCCP, and company policies. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with 1 year of a focus on engineering roles Proven success sourcing and engaging engineering talent in competitive markets. Strong knowledge of recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations. This is an Onsite 5 days a week in a manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas
