Position Overview As a Fine Dining Server at The Park Club, you will be a key ambassador of our service philosophy and member experience. This position goes far beyond taking orders and delivering food - it's about creating a seamless, anticipatory dining journey for our members and their guests.

Your role will be to create memorable, refined experiences by anticipating member needs, adapting to preferences, and elevating every interaction with warmth, discretion, and precision. Servers at The Park Club are not just order-takers; they are trusted advisors and orchestrators of exceptional hospitality. Your ability to uphold and champion these standards will directly impact member satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of the Club.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver seamless fine dining service to members and their guests, ensuring an exceptional member experience.

Guide members through menu selections and wine pairings with professionalism and confidence.

Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, wine, and beverage offerings.

Set, maintain, and reset tables according to fine dining standards.

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.

Anticipate member needs, resolve issues discreetly, and ensure complete member satisfaction.

Uphold The Park Club's service standards, policies, and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of fine dining service experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, or private clubs.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of food, wine, and beverage pairings.

Skills:

Excellent communication, multitasking, and member-service skills.

Professionalism:

Dependable, punctual, polished appearance, and poised demeanor.

Certifications:

Valid food handler's card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS/ServSafe Alcohol) certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).

Teamwork:

Positive attitude with a commitment to supporting fellow staff and maintaining a collaborative environment.
