Transportation Coordinator MTM

Job Purpose
Ensure that client transportation needs of all FCCBH programs are met.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two years of related experience preferred. Two years of supervisory experience preferred. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong computer skills, primarily Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to work flexible hours. Core Job Duties
Provide direct supervision to the Medicaid Transit (MTM) transportation team. Process client transportation requests through the MTM-Link portal and assign to appropriate drivers within the time given. Process trips, claims, and other documentation required in the MTM-Link system. Collaborate as needed with the Transportation Coordinator to align driver coverage across daily routes, one-off trips, and MTM transportation, utilizing shared resources when possible. Optimize the MTM driver routes to ensure efficient driver utilization. Update driver schedules as needed. Conduct driver meetings as needed, to include safety topics and current updates. Promote teamwork, safety, and housekeeping. Train/coach new drivers to ensure all job duties are performed as required. Adherence to all applicable evidence-based practice models. Orally communicate information effectively and accurately. Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency's certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care. Abide by program and agency policies and procedures. Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
