A mission-driven women’s health clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time
Advanced Practice Provider (NP, PA, or CNM)
to join its dedicated and collaborative care team. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule with the flexibility of a
four-day workweek
option and the opportunity to deliver inclusive, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of gynecologic and obstetric services. Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:

Provide full-scope gynecologic and obstetric care for patients of all ages Conduct annual wellness exams, contraceptive counseling, and fertility assessments Manage prenatal and postnatal care in collaboration with supervising physicians Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions using evidence-based practices Support patients through transitional life stages including menopause Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EHR Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical development opportunities Qualifications
Active Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP, PA, or CNM program Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in OBGYN or women’s health Demonstrated competency in both gynecologic and obstetric care Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills Preferred:
