Position Summary
Rooms To Go Furniture is seeking an experienced Azure Power Automate & Copilot Studio Specialist to join our Performance & Monitoring team. This role will on-site and will be responsible for working with business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement automation and AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes, efficiency, and performance monitoring.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft Power Automate with Copilot Studio (Conversational AI) to deliver next-generation business solutions that support both back-office operations and customer-facing workflows.
This is an on-site role in Seffner, Florida, with eligibility for 1 day per week remote work after 90 days and then a second day some period after that. The position may include occasional on-call responsibilities to support critical business operations.
Responsibilities: Business Engagement & Requirements Gathering Partner with business stakeholders to analyze operational processes and identify automation or AI enhancement opportunities. Conduct workshops, interviews, and process reviews to gather detailed business requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. Work with end users to validate process workflows, user stories, and conversational design for Copilot Studio solutions. Solution Design & Development Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows). Develop and maintain intelligent virtual agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversation flows, integrations, and natural language processing enhancements. Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL, and Azure services. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet governance/compliance standards. Monitoring & Optimization Monitor workflow performance, chatbot analytics, and user adoption metrics. Provide troubleshooting, enhancements, and optimization of Power Automate and Copilot Studio solutions. Document workflows, conversational designs, and system dependencies. Collaboration & Communication Work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and performance teams to ensure automations meet business objectives. Train and support business users in leveraging Power Automate flows and Copilot Studio virtual agents. Present automation and AI-driven solution roadmaps to leadership. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Support & On-Call Provide support during critical business cycles or issues related to automation workflows. Participate in an on-call rotation if required. Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional experience in process automation, business analysis, or IT solution delivery. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and desktop). Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents), including design of conversational bots, integrations with business data, and natural language model training. Strong background in business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation. Proven track record of integrating Power Automate and Copilot Studio into enterprise workflows. Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Power Apps, Dataverse, Azure Functions) preferred. Proficiency in automation workflows, scripting, low-code/no-code development, and conversational AI design. Understanding of APIs, connectors, and data integration methods. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and security practices. Familiarity with JSON, JavaScript, and C# Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
