Ideal Pase, a leader in the manufacturing of custom liquid filling packaging equipment, is looking for a strong materials handler to join our team. Our mission is to build the best running machines in the factory and this role will play a critical role: to keep parts moving and the rest of the team informed of progress. We are looking for someone to help drive materials handling, logistics, inventory management, 6S, and keeping Netsuite flowing!

Requirements
We are looking for someone who wants to join Ideal Pase and the Massman family of companies. This means we are looking for hard workers with strong character who are committed to doing things correctly. For this role, we are seeking candidates with these specific qualifications:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred. 3-5 years of progressive experience in materials handling, inventory management, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with NetSuite ERP (or similar ERP system) is essential, including advanced knowledge of inventory transactions, reporting, and troubleshooting. Forklift certification and experience with material-handling equipment. Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing/warehouse setting. Preferred:
Experience in equipment or machinery manufacturing, particularly custom/engineered-to-order environments. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methods. Demonstrated ability to mentor or train junior staff. Core Competencies
