Engineering Multi-Skill Senior Manager
to support our Air Dominance (AD) Division located in
Berkeley, MO.
As an Engineering Multi-Skill, Senior Manager you will lead Workforce Strategy Efforts across Air Dominance along with coordination across the St. Louis site.
Position Responsibilities
Oversee AD St. Louis staffing and employee engagement efforts and manage site-level staffing activities for BDS St. Louis. Support the AD Division Chief Engineer and the St. Louis Site Chief Engineer. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; produce timely results and influence cross-site leadership. Workforce Strategy Responsibilities
Develop and maintain site-level staffing plans and strategies to meet St. Louis needs across business units and divisions. Coordinate execution of staffing plans with cross-functional BDS leaders. Communicate staffing status and metrics to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Lead employee engagement initiatives at the AD division level. This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
(A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. 3+ years of current or prior management experience (supervisory or cross-functional leadership). 3+ years of experience in staffing, workforce planning, or hiring strategy. Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing others (including non-direct reports). 5+ years of experience building and sustaining relationships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners. Strong analytical, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills. Relocation Assistance:
