Lead and support the commissioning, start-up, and testing of control systems to ensure they meet project specifications and function properly Support troubleshooting Siemens PLC and Ignition SCADA system Diagnose and resolve issues related to control systems and automation equipment during commissioning and start-up phases Support and provide technical knowledge and problem-solving skills as Commissioning SME (Subject Matter Expert) Support oversight of vendors in performance test runs and site acceptance testing Monitor construction activities in preparation for executing commissioning activities Assure correct installation of instrumentation and control equipment
What You'll Bring
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science,or equivalent experience 3-7 years engineering experience in automation controls and instrumentation Experience in Ethernet TCP/IP, ProfiNet, Modbus RTU/TCP, HART, BACnet communication protocol Experience in programming & troubleshooting in Siemens TIA portal, Ignition SCADA Previous start-up and commissioning experience for manufacturing sites Electrical knowledge of NEC control wiring and ISA Field experience troubleshooting end to end controls including flow, pressure, temperature, level, and gas detection field instrumentation to HMI
