Talent Acquisition Sourcer and Administrator

is responsible for various recruitment tasks as a member of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) center. Core Job Duties/Responsibilities Open & manage requisitions and important information through UltiPro-Kronos ATS systems. Post job openings on MWL (UltiPro). Source new talent leads using ATS and job posting, sharing leads with Market Center Managers and Supervisors. Serve as a subject matter expert in the ATS system and provide guidance as needed. Review applications and maintain relevant databases. Coordinate with HRSS Talent Acquisition Leadership, Requisition delivery, Candidate management, and Pipeline management to ensure operational alignment. Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences, support recruitment functions, maintain accurate documentation, and utilize tools to enhance hiring processes. Knowledge/Skill Requirements Minimum one (1) year experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Sourcer, or similar role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (UltiPro preferred). Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume, or complex environments. Self-directed problem solver with a focus on organizational success. Exceptional customer service skills. Responsiveness, sense of urgency, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks professionally and efficiently. Discretion handling confidential information. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Job Requirements/Education And Experience Bachelors degree preferred; 3 years experience in a related field may suffice. At least one (1) year experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Sourcer, or similar role. Work Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check. Willing to work independently within a team environment and assist with other duties as needed. Seniority level
