Checking and returning patient voicemails Triaging phone calls and sending to NPs Working through Athena inbox buckets and provider buckets Refilling patient prescriptions Providing Flu Shots Drawing blood and processing blood Working with 20 patients a day Setting up picc lines for patients and pulling picc lines Rooming patients Checking vital signs Reconciling charts and documenting patient history Unwrapping and re-wrapping wound dressing Prior Authorizations Will be cross trained on Front Desk What does this person do on a slow day/busy day? Slow day; 10 patients total This may sound slow but their patients are more complex so this is still a busy day. Numerous items may come from an appointment vs just rooming/vital check

Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
MA Diploma Trained on drawing blood and giving injections,
confident and comfortable Nice to Have Skills
Computer savvy Quick learner organized Great communicator
