In this role, you will collaborate with Tealium's Americas Sales Team to address customer challenges through detailed discovery processes, create engaging demonstrations and prototypes, and effectively present solutions to Enterprise Architects, line of business users, and CxO executives. Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to prospective customers will be key in showcasing how Tealium's CDP can enhance their digital investments in marketing, e-commerce, mobile apps, and other essential assets, leading to deeper customer insights and faster innovation. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Engage and inspire customers while demonstrating how Tealium can transform their data strategy and drive significant business outcomes. Lead discovery meetings to assess prospects' marketing, customer engagement, and AI-driven personalization needs. Provide expert technical guidance to sales representatives, partners, and potential clients. Create and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept exercises for various stakeholders, both on-site and remotely. Answer RFPs/RFIs to clearly articulate the value and technical advantages of Tealium's products in addressing client needs. Facilitate architectural discussions to illustrate how Tealium's solutions integrate seamlessly into customers' environments, enabling AI-driven experiences and actionable insights. Stay updated on the latest trends in marketing technology and emerging platforms, alongside new features of existing tools. Provide valuable field knowledge and insights to help refine future product requirements and enhancements. What We’re Looking For: 7-10 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant or a similar role working with enterprise SaaS products. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time. Curiosity and a desire to continually learn and grow professionally and personally. A passion for identifying and articulating technical solutions to business challenges. Proficiency in leading discussions around marketing processes and technology with diverse audiences. A strong understanding of Marketing Technology (Martech), AI-powered personalization, and digital marketing workflows. Exceptional presentation skills that showcase technical expertise, as well as strong business and communication abilities. Ability to identify customer requirements and articulate value-driven solutions. A collaborative approach to working closely with internal teams (sales, product management, engineering, customer success) to ensure optimal client satisfaction and successful solution delivery. Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies, including Value Selling and the Challenger Sale. An understanding of AI/ML-driven marketing strategies, predictive insights, and the role of AI in Customer Data Platforms. Wage Transparency: In line with our commitment to transparency, the U.S. pay range for this full-time position is $135,000 - $165,000 base salary, alongside commission and stock options. Base pay offered may vary based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our competitive benefits package includes: Annual bonuses and stock options.
